India Taylor
Pilates Instructor
With over fifteen years of experience in fitness, India is passionate about helping her clients feel stronger, more confident, and deeply connected to their bodies—at every age and stage of life.
A certified instructor in mat, sculpt, and Reformer Pilates, she blends strength, stretch, and mindful movements in every class. Her teaching combines dynamic strength work with mobility and a balance to create a body that moves beautifully and feels powerful.
After teaching across England and Scotland, India is now based in Estepona, where she has built a vibrant, supportive community of women who share her love for movement, wellbeing, and living with confidence and grace.

Egle
Pilates Instructor
Egle is a certified Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and massage therapist with a solid background in physiotherapy. With over ten years of experience in movement education and clinical bodywork, she brings a comprehensive and highly informed approach to functional fitness. Her work is driven by a commitment to helping clients build strength, improve balance, and develop a deeper, more intelligent connection to their bodies.
Her Pilates classes integrate precise technique, mindful strength training, and controlled flow. Each session is designed to enhance alignment, support efficient movement patterns, and leave clients feeling centred, energised, and physically restored.
